Traverse House Staff

The primary role of clubhouse staff is the engagement of the members. Staff work side-by-side with members, as colleagues, to complete daily unit responsibilities and encourage growth in all aspects of life.                                                                                        

The Advisory Board is comprised of Northern Lakes Community Mental Health personnel, Traverse House members and community volunteers. The Advisory board provides guidance and feedback to the Director on Clubhouse issues and is primarily responsible for the strategic direction and financial planning of the clubhouse.
